Independent Provider Forum – 7 December 2017

The next Home Support Independent Provider Forum is taking place on Thursday 7 December.

Any issues that need to be addressed at the Provider Forum should be sent to integratedcommissioners@norfolk.gov.uk to be added to the issues/actions log.

Providers are asked to suggest topics and areas of interest, best practice etc. that you would like to present at the meeting.  Topics and agenda items should be sent to integratedcommissioners@norfolk.gov.uk for collation.

Please can ensure that you contact us at integratedcommissioners@norfolk.gov.uk with any issues that you feel need to be addressed at the Provider Forum or any agenda items you would like to bring to the meeting by Thursday 23 November 2017 at the latest.
